Recurso de súplica interpuesto en contra del auto que rechazó la demanda de la referencia, por cuanto el auto de corrección resultó insuficiente.
La Sala Plena considera que se incumplieron los presupuestos de pertinencia, suficiencia, especificidad y claridad y que el actor sólo agregó en el escrito de corrección disposiciones constitucionales presuntamente infringidas, sobre las cuales no edificó cargo de inconstitucionalidad alguno.
